1. By participating in Build4Life Sessions and/or Camps, you acknowledge that physical activities often take place, and Build4Life, the staff & volunteers, are not liable for any injuries that may occur pertaining to your child (children).

 

2. I acknowledge that photos of my child may be taken. These will possibly be used for marketing materials and social media purposes. If you do not consent to this please email us directly.
